Discovery call — 30 minutes, free

We get on a call and you tell us what you need. No pitch deck, no slides. We ask about your business, your customers, and the outcome you want. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you at someone who is.

Output: a shared understanding of what you actually need. Not always the thing you asked for — usually something more targeted.

Written proposal — within 48 hours

You get a clear scope, timeline, and price, in writing. Every line item is described in plain English. No "engagement retainers" or "strategic alignment" invoices. You know what you're paying for before you sign.

Output: a signed proposal + deposit invoice. We don't start work until both are in.

Build — weekly updates, no ghosting

We start work. You get a weekly update every Friday with what shipped, what's next, and anything we need from you. If something's blocked, you hear about it within 24 hours. You're never wondering "are they actually working on it?".

Output: deliverables in progress, reviewable at each milestone.

Review — two rounds of revisions

Every engagement includes two rounds of revisions at defined checkpoints. You give feedback, we iterate, you sign off. Clear, bounded. Additional rounds are available — we'll quote them separately if you want them.

Output: approved deliverables, ready to ship.

Launch — we handle the boring parts

Domain setup, SSL certificates, DNS cutover, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, analytics — all done by us, on your own accounts, so you own everything. We verify every page loads, every form works, every email sends.

Output: live site, verified live, fully transferred to your accounts.

Handoff + optional retainer

You get written documentation of what was built, how it works, and how to maintain it. If you want ongoing care (hosting, updates, content refreshes, SEO monitoring), our retainer tiers start at a predictable monthly fee. If you want to self-manage, the site is yours — no lock-in.

Output: your site, your accounts, your choice.

What we don't do

The other half of being transparent.

  • Ghost you mid-project.You get a Friday update every week. If we're blocked, you hear about it within 24 hours.
  • Bill for surprise scope. Out-of-scope work needs a written change order before it starts. No end-of-month surprises.
  • Lock your domain, accounts, or content to us. You own your domain, your hosting account, your Google accounts, your analytics, your content. You can walk away any time.
  • Promise specific ranking positions or traffic numbers.We can't — no honest agency can. What we commit to is the work that moves the needle in a given timeframe.
  • Resell you a page builder and call it a “custom site.”Everything we build is on a modern stack you own outright — not a Wix/Squarespace/WordPress install you'll still be paying us to touch in five years.
