Will the chatbot answer things correctly, or will it make things up?
We constrain it to only answer from your actual business information — services, hours, pricing, policies — that you provide during setup. If a customer asks something outside that information, it says so and offers to connect them with a real person. Hallucinations happen when AI is given a blank canvas; we never give it one.
What happens when someone asks something the chatbot doesn't know?
It says honestly that it doesn't know, offers to have someone from your team follow up, and captures the question plus the customer's contact info so you can respond. That handoff workflow gets defined during setup. The chatbot is your front-line filter, not your only line of defense.
Does it work in both English and French?
Yes, but bilingual setup is an add-on because each language needs its own tone calibration and knowledge-base review — you can't just run your English setup through Google Translate and ship it to Quebec customers.
